The Hubs and I are celebrating Valentine’s Day at home this year.
We are taking care of our sweet youngest granddaughter while her mama and daddy have a romantic getaway.
The other Papa and Nana are watching her older sister, (who turns 3 tomorrow!).
Tonight I’m making the Hubs a special dinner of:
- sea scallops in a wine/butter sauce that is full of garlic, scallions and mushrooms
- wild rice
- mixed green salad
- oven roasted asparagus
- and a decadent dessert that involves this…
