Hi and welcome to my blog! 

I'm so excited you somehow made your way over here, 
and I pray that you will find something here that will make you want to keep coming back.
  I'm a "young" 50 something passionate follower of Jesus Christ. 
I love my life as a pastor's wife, mama, nana, Bible teacher and mentor.  
My husband and I have three beautiful daughters, two great sons-in law and three of the most wonderful grandbabies in the whole world.
  Together, we pastor a great church in the Portland/Vancouver area.

I am passionate about home and family.

  Being a mama and nana is the best.

I love the beach.  I would take a beach cottage over a mansion anytime.

  If I can’t be by the beach, then find me a lake, a river, or water of some sort.

(and yet to add confusion to the mix, I love vacationing in the sunny desert area of Palm Springs!)

I have a quirky personality. I am creative. I am analytical.  I am methodical.  I am deep and contemplative...but, I have a bizarre sense of humor.  I am a people person, who needs wide margins of peace, quiet and alone time.

I am silly.  I love to sing.  I love to whistle.  I love to write. I love to read. I love photography, which I am fairly new at.  I just started to try my hand at painting. I love to play around with home decor. I love to cook.

  All that being said, without being preachy or pretentious,
I hope you will see that just following Jesus truly does make a difference in my real life.
