There's no place like home...

My photography posts lately have been mostly outdoor and travel related.
It's easier to get great photos outdoors in natural light during this time of year
than trying to take photos indoors during these darker gray days.
Regardless, I thought I'd just attempt and share some random photos around our home.
As you can see, I'm still in an autumn mode in my decor.
The day after Thanksgiving the Christmas decorating will begin.

Ok, I might have fallen prey to a wee bit of early Christmas cheer with this cute cup.

still following,

  3. Love the plants and your scale. Absolutely think the one of just the spider plant foliage is great. Nice. :)

  4. Your home is so neat and orderly. Mine not so much, but we do live in an off the grid floating cabin. Every home is special to it's inhabitants. - Margy

  6. As always, your interior images are wonderful! Great DOF image of the spider(?) plant, as well. Your home is amazing.

  7. Hi Elizabeth, I love looking through other people's book shelves. It's fun to see that we have many of the same books--some of them are my favorites! I also look for ideas of other books to read. I love your lovely copper pieces--especially with the candle light reflecting from them. And I'm SO glad you're still decorated for Fall. Christmas will come soon enough. Blessings!

    1. I must admit, in my mind I'm already planning how I want to decorate. I do love decorating for Christmas, but I don't want to rush past Thanksgiving.
