All praise to God...

The calendar was a little more full last week than I prefer. I do best with a little more white margin in my schedule, some blank spaces on the calendar that translate into time to think, time to write, time to rejuvenate with a walk or by spending some time in nature.  Yet, in looking back at last week and reading over the entries in my gratitude journal, I see how God met my needs even in the middle of the busyness.  He is so good, so kind, so faithful.  All praise to my God!

Since 2009 I've been counting my blessings thanks to the prompting of Ann Voskamp.
I continue to count my thanks
piling up gratitude day by day
in my journal.
(and capturing some of my blessings via my camera or iPhone)

    1. We studied the names of God with our small group last week, and to be reminded of His wonderful character is always deeply meaningful.

  3. Blessed be the busy days and the people with whom we share them :)
Blessed are the quiet hours as well. Time to regroup and refresh. Times when blessings fill us up to spill over into the busy days...
