Yellow roses...

I woke up today to the news of the terror attack in Brussels.
My first thoughts were of a friend who is visiting family there.
Texts back and forth confirm she is okay, but there are many whose family and friends are not.
My thoughts and prayers are with them and the people of Brussels.

  4. Yellow roses are among my favorite. A beautiful touch to remind us to pray for those who are scared and grieving in Belgium (and anyplace in the world actually). May God's peace grip us all.

    1. Lisa, yellow roses are a favorite of mine as well. Yes, to your prayer for God's peace. Our world is groaning, as the Bible says.

  5. Those beautiful yellow roses - so lovely. Yellow roses represent friendship, joy and caring. I can think of nothing more fitting on this tragic day than God's beautiful flowers reminding us of deeper truths than hatred.

    GOD BLESS!

  8. Beautiful. I can't wear yellow, it looks horrible on my skin but it is one of my favourite colours when it comes to flowers and painting my walls

  10. I have to agree with what Dayle said above. Also, want to add, I am happy for your friends safety. This senselessness has to stop...but I am afraid it is the "new norm".
    God Bless~
