Friday's Faves....A trip to Monticello Antiques and a paint by number treasure

Within a few minutes drive from my house are great antique stores and thrift stores galore.
As I was running errands the other day I popped into the Goodwill and then made a stop at Monticello Antiques, one of my favorites!
Because the stop wasn't pre-planned, these photos are from my iPhone 5s.

Love this old cabinet!

Grain sack pillows!

I love old clocks.

The Dundee marmalade jar caught my eye, but I already have one.

Love this fresh eggs sign.

Hello cute blue shelf!

European enamelware, what's not to love?

And here's some more!

Lovely gray painted dresser.

A wreath made of rose hips.

And look what came home with me!!!
A vintage paint by number painting of a red barn in autumn!
I love paintings with old barns and have another one from Monticello.
But the fall setting of this one is what sold me on it.

I'm loving it!

It's almost Friday, friends!
Have a HAPPY, HAPPY Friday
and
a BLESSED weekend!

  3. Boy, that sure does look like a good juicy antique store. If I weren't on the complete other side of the country I would like to go there. Who knows maybe one day I will get to take a trip to that lovely part of our country.

  4. I love your new painting! And to think that you and I were just talking about finding paint-by-number art the other day! I think it's time to meet you at Monticello one of these days.
