I posted about it today, which I had not anticipated. Based on Ps. 40 it is being "solid". That's what I want to be/do this year. Be solid to and for the Lord to draw others to Him and be used as seed. We'll see how it plays out for the year(s).

Bless you and yours... hope to see you again. Although, today I started feeling as though I'll be ready to get back to a schedule later this week.

Trust was my One Word for 2012. At times I felt as though God was turning me inside out with all He was teaching me. But I wouldn't go back. I'm announcing my One Word for 2013 in my blog post on Tues. I love that God confirmed that through you. A few years ago, the Lord took me through a huge trust "training", but, like shrilgirl, I sense a refresher course so that fear doesn't grab my heart. Once I realized what I needed and asked for it I was amazed at how God has answered my prayer. I have come into contact with the most amazing verses about strength and books and people, all reinforcing the theme. One book that is funny and uplifting was by Ronda Rich-There's a better day a comin-. You really weren't lazy, you know! I've slowed my pace and have enjoyed it after the busy-ness of the last days. Because my dear, little mother couldn't physically handle all of the excitement and energy of a big family gathering I put together more than one so she could spend time with those she loves much in smaller groups. We had four days straight of entertaining - meals, gift exchanges and precious times together.

Love your word for the new year. This year - my first to have a word - it was HOPE. I didn't have a year for next year until yesterday when it 'jumped' into my heart! My word for the coming year is DELIGHT! I had forgotten that it was your word this last year. Looks like I'm following your footsteps. God has dropped it into my heart in such a strong way - and I am delighted!
~Adrienne~Adriennehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09401476871614514660noreply@blogger.com
